How long does it take to edit and deliver our wedding films?

Depending on the time of the year we aim to deliver your full wedding film collection within 12-15 weeks. Trailers are delivered within 2-3 weeks (Plus and Platinum packages)

Things can overrun slightly from time to time, but we will always keep you updated along the way. We have a private client area which is updated with our edit queue frequently. Access to this area will be provided at the time of booking.

Are you insured? Our venue wants to know....

Of course! We carry full public liability insurance as well as insure our own kit too.

Our drone usage is also insured and we carry the relevant qualification for commercial ariel filming.

Our video pod carries full public liability insurance too!

Do you film in 4k?

Of course, its 2025! We pride ourselves on this. Not many competitors deliver in 4k!

What areas do you cover?

Most of our weddings are Essex, Suffolk and Surrey based, but we will we film anywhere we are asked to. Travel expenses will be added for weddings more than 1.5 hours drive from our base. This will be discussed at the time of booking if applicable.

Will you require a deposit?

We ask for a £250 deposit to secure your date with us. This is non refundable.

When is the balance due?

Weddings can be expensive. 14 days before the big day is all we ask for

Do you require feeding on the day?

We do not expect it, but greatly appreciate it. Weddings are long days!

When shall we order a Digital Film Album?

We always stock our branded Digital Film Albums. They can be reserved at the time of booking, during the lead up to your wedding and after the wedding for sure.

But I have a question not answered here!

Do we always get two videographers?

Absolutely!! We film every wedding we are booked for with two and at no extra cost. Mostly we film together, sometimes we use a trusted second shooter. Either Tony or Lauren will be present for sure.

Who does the editing?

WE DO! No outsourcing takes place here at Rewind The Day. Everything you see is shot and edited by us. We proud ourselves on this fact and is something we guarantee you as a booked couple of ours.

We limited the bookings we take on per year to allow us to deliver our work within the stated time frame without the need for outsourcing.
