How this began.
COVID 19 struck the world, weddings and hospitality were majorly impacted putting a stop to most if not all of my work, postponing to future dates. No real big deal, as work was there, just a waiting game. But where did this leave me? Honestly, I was bored within weeks! Filming/Editing and content creating is where my passion in life is. Combining my passion for editing with my love for all things fitness had me itching to get involved and the want to jump into this market was real. Initially I ran under this alongside my wedding business before one day I posted an image of a PT smashing his way through some battle ropes next to an image of a father giving away his daughter. This just didn't sit right, I had to seperate them.
Since that day, quite simply put - it has accelerated, taking off quicker than expected. What started off with some free promo filming for mates around my local gym, within a few months, sees me in demand like I didn't expect, even during lockdown.

Social Media is where it is at. Instagram has blown up, has taken over business cards and gone are the days of losing sleep over being up the top google search list. We don’t search the internet anymore, we pick up our phones, open facebook or instagram and see who is using who, who is doing things and who is offering what to our circle of followers around us.
